CH Villa Homes Residents:

Earlier this week, an email blast was sent to the Cinnaminson Harbour Villa Home residents regarding the use of fire pits. As the new community manager, I was not aware a change in policy occurred this summer regarding fire pits.

Moving forward, FIRE PITS ARE NOT PERMITTED to be used in/at Cinnaminson Harbour Villa residences. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Kindly disregard the email of October 19, 2020 and adhere to current policy.
