Cinnaminson Harbour Residents: Trash & Recycling Cans

It has come to management’s attention recently more residents within the Cinnaminson Harbour Townhomes and Villa Homes are leaving their trash cans and recycling containers out longer than allowed* and is a fineable offense.

*All trash should be put out for collection between noon the day before collection and 6:30 a.m. the day of collection. All emptied containers must be removed from curbside within 12 hours after the end of the collection day.
As a friendly reminder, once your trash and/or recycling has been picked up on its regular day, all trash cans and recycling containers must be stored within the internal confines of your personal garage space. These units are not allowed to be kept at the front of your garage door, the side of your home (if even feasible), or anywhere else outside your house.
The Cinnaminson Harbour’s respective rules and regulations mandate trash and recycling containers are taken INSIDE and properly stored to maintain the beauty of the surrounding neighborhood.
