FIRE CODE, DCA SAFETY REQUIREMENTS + STORM DOORS:

Fire code and DCA requirements do not allow for grills, fire pits, or torches to be on or under the upper decks.

As per the governing documents, grills may be pulled out from under the deck when in use and then stored on the patio at the lower level. Fire pits and torches are not permitted under the decks or on common property.

STORM DOORS: If owners wish to add a storm door to their front door, a modification form must be submitted to the community manager. The only approved design for the storm door is full glass with no design in the glass. Half glass doors are not permitted. The trim of the glass door must match the trim of the door frame. All approved exterior modifications must be completed by a licensed and insured contractor. When submitting the modification form, a picture of the selected door must be included for approval, along with the contractor’s certificate of insurance, and business license.

If you have any questions please contact the community manager, Erin Watson, at ewatson@camcomgmt.com or 215-942-6621 x128.
