Gym & Clubhouse Re-Opening!!

Dear Cinnaminson Residents,

The Gym and Clubhouse re-opening is scheduled for August 1st!

Please read the information below:

GYM
• The Gym will be open from 5:00am-11:00pm, 7 days per week.
• We ask that ALL who use the gym, wipe down any equipment that you use, before and after use.
• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use the gym.
• Children are NOT allowed in the Gym at any time.
• Showers will remain closed.
• Please do NOT open the windows of the gym.
The Gym is monitored by cameras. Anyone not following the rules will lose access indefinitely.

CLUBHOUSE
• Clubhouse is available for RENTAL only
• Please fill out the rental application form, which can be found on the website, https://cinnaminsonharbour.com/the-villages-at-cinnaminson-harbour/.
• There is now an additional COVID Cleaning cost with renting the Clubhouse. All information can be found on the Clubhouse Rental Application.
• The Clubhouse is not used as a “hangout” and will remain closed unless an appointment is made to speak with management.

Key Fobs
All residents who are already registered with key fobs will NOT receive new key fobs.
One key fob per household. We are not offering the option to purchase additional fobs.
Key Fobs will NOT be turned on until August 1st
A Key Fob pick-up date will be scheduled and sent to homeowners closer to the date of opening.

POOL
Please cleanup after yourself while at the pool! It is not the responsibility of the pool attendant to cleanup after homeowners.
Children are NOT allowed in the bathrooms unattended.
Dry off before entering the Clubhouse to use the bathrooms.
