Gym & Key Fob Information

Dear Homeowners,

Masks will be required in the gym if you are not in the gym alone! It is also required that all who use the gym, wipe down the equipment before and after each use. Anyone not following the rules, will be restricted from using the gym.

All homeowners who wish to have gym and clubhouse access MUST be in Good Standing. If your account is not at a $0 balance, your key fob will be disabled.

Key Fobs can be picked up by appointment only. Appointments can be made between the hours of 11:00am and 4:00pm, Tuesday through Thursday. Please email ewatson@camcomgmt.com to schedule your appointment.

One (1) Key Fob per household. If you already have key fobs, you will not receive any additional key fobs.

Due to nationwide supply shortages, key fobs are on a first come first serve basis. Additional fobs have been ordered but no delivery date has been confirmed.
