IMPORTANT NOTICE – PLEASE READ AND VOTE

THE ASSOCIATION NEEDS YOU TO CAST YOUR VOTE TO APPROVE THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE COMMUNITY’S ASSOCIATION’S DECLARATION NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 4th, 2021. You can vote electronically or by mail/paper ballots. The electronic voting instructions are attached. The mail/paper ballots will be available by request at ewatson@camcomgmt.com, which you can fill out and place into the outside box located at the Clubhouse entryway.

As discussed at the Meeting held by the Association on October 27th, 2021 with respect to the Third Amendment to the Community Association’s Declaration:

The Board fully supports the Third Amendment and encouraged all Members to vote to approve.

Your vote to approve the Third Amendment is simply a vote to allow the Declaration to be updated to reflect the same number of homes and common facilities that are already located in the community and contemplated in the Declaration.

The Community Association needs to have the Declaration amended. 258 “Yes” votes are required. Your vote to approve the amendment is important and needed.

The Third Amendment will NOT make ANY changes to your membership rights or obligations or the Community Association’s budget.
