Dear Homeowners:
With Summer just around the corner it’s time to start preparing your home for the Summer season. Just a few general reminders to ensure everyone is meeting the Community Guidelines.
GENERAL REMINDERS
1. ARCHITECTURAL REQUEST FORMS: ANY exterior changes to your home must NOT be done until an Architectural Request is submitted to the HOA Board for approval.
a. Architectural Request Forms can be found on the CAMCO Management Owner’s Portal as well as the Cinnaminson Harbour website at www.cinnaminsonharbour.com
2. TRASH AND RECYCLING BINS: Trash, garbage or other waste and recyclables from individual Villa Home/Townhome Unit shall be kept in sanitary containers within the Villa Home/Townhome Unit until the date for collection by the applicable haulers.
a. Do not store trash and recycling bins outside of the Villa Home/Townhome Unit. Please make sure trash and recycling bins are stored inside of your garage.
b. Recycling and Bulk Trash dates can be found on the CAMCO Management Owner’s Portal or the Cinnaminson Township Public Works website, https://cinnaminsonnj.org/public-works/
3. FIRE PITS, CHIMINEAS, GRILLS: Fire pits, chimineas, gas grills, charcoal grills are not allowed on patios or decks. Per your governing documents:
1) no grills shall be erected or installed in or upon the Villa Home/Townhome Unit.
2) No Owner or Occupant shall burn, chop, or cut anything on, over or above the property.
3) Nothing shall be done or kept in any Villa Home/Townhome Unit or in or upon the Common Elements which will result in increase or cancelation of insurance policies.
4. PARKING: please DO NOT park in front of fire hydrants or within 20 feet of a fire hydrant. Please do not block driveways or intersections.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT VIOLATION FINES WILL ASSESSED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATLEY
