With winter just around the corner it’s time to start preparing your home for the season. Just a few general reminders to ensure everyone is meeting the Community Guidelines.
GENERAL REMINDERS

1. HOSE BIBS: Please turn off your exterior hose bibs to keep your pipes from freezing.

2. GYM: Children are not permitted in the gym. Loud and disruptive behavior is not acceptable. Please respect your neighbors.

3. TRASH AND RECYCLING BINS: Trash, garbage or other waste and recyclables from individual Villa Home/Townhome Unit shall be kept in sanitary containers within the Villa Home/Townhome Unit until the date for collection by the applicable haulers.
a. Do not store trash and recycling bins outside of the Villa Home/Townhome Unit. Please make sure trash and recycling bins are stored inside of your garage.
b. Recycling and Bulk Trash dates can be found on the CAMCO Management Owner’s Portal or the Cinnaminson Township Public Works website, https://cinnaminsonnj.org/public-works/

4. FALL CLEAN-UP: Per the contract, there are two fall clean-ups per year. The first fall clean-up will take place within the next two weeks. The second and final fall clean-up will take place in December, when all leaves have fallen.

5. HOLIDAY DECORATIONS: Holiday Decorations are permitted, however; decorations are not to be attached to the exterior or exterior siding of units. Decorations should be removed within a timely manner after the holiday.

6. SNOW: Snow removal by contractor will take place when snow fall is 2” and above. Snow removal cleanup will not begin until the storm is completed. Management and the Association boards will be in contact and monitoring upcoming storms. All homeowners should have their own shovel and salt. You will be responsible for cleaning off your vehicle. Per township ordinance, when snow fall is 6” and above, all vehicles must be removed from street parking.

7. PARKING: please DO NOT park in front of fire hydrants or within 20 feet of a fire hydrant. Please do not block driveways or intersections.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT VIOLATION FINES WILL ASSESSED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
