Greetings, Cinnaminson Harbour Residents:

The most effective way to contact me, your community manager for the Cinnaminson Harbour Community Association, Townhomes, and Villa Homes, is via email. My email address is: tcrehan@memproperty.com

Should you need to speak with me on the phone, please reach out to the following number ONLY: (856) 394-4085, ext. 3009. This number will provide an opportunity to leave a voicemail if I am unable to speak with you directly.

As a reminder, my routine days at Cinnaminson Harbour are: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Given our current state of COVID-19 and the global pandemic, should you need to meet with me, kindly reach out ahead of time to schedule a meeting. Like most property managers, I am not always in my office. External meetings, property inspections, etc. take up part of my day; hence, send me an email if you desire to meet face to face. Until further notice, masks MUST be worn inside the CH Clubhouse.
