For Carriage Home Property Manager – Common Area Vacuuming and Exterior Maintenance

There are maintenance issues to be addressed related to the need to regularly vacuum the indoor common hallway area (only have been done 1x per month in June and July, as opposed to every two weeks in the past). There are also exterior building maintenance related needs (ie. the accumulation of spiders and spider webs at the front of the building). Perhaps better external cleaning, extermination and more scheduled power washing could correct this.

Also, are there plans to ensure that tree roots do not grow too close to the carriage home buildings? I was told that structural and plumbing related problems can occur when tree roots grow too close to buildings and pipes.
