IMPORTANT: Updated Paving Information
Dear Homeowners:
There is an update from the contractor on the paving schedule. Due to the possibility of rain tomorrow, the contractor has moved the schedule back by one day. Despite losing one day, they still expect to finish by Wednesday, weather permitting.
Friday, July 8, 2022, the paving will begin in all the parking lots on Fela Drive and Nathan Drive, as well as the Fela Drive from the end of Isabela Way, up to where it meets with the main Fela Drive. Cars must be removed from all parking lots on Fela Drive and Nathan Drive by 7 AM Friday, July , 2022. Residents of Fela Drive who will need to leave the community during the day on Friday, July 8, 2022, will need to park their cars elsewhere in the community. The Developer has confirmed that residents will have access to their driveways at the end of the day, however, street parking or parking in the parking lots will not be permitted until line striping is completed.
Monday, July 11, 2022, paving will begin on Nathan Drive, all residents of Nathan Drive who will need to leave the community during the day, will need to park their cars elsewhere in the community or outside the community by 7 AM on Monday, July 11, 2022. Residents will have access to their driveways at the end of the day, however, street parking or parking in the parking lots will not be permitted until line striping is completed.
Monday and Tuesday, July 11th and 12th, line striping will begin in the parking lots and any areas that street parking will be permitted.
Tuesday, July 12, 2022, paving will begin on Helen Drive and the parking lot located on Helen Drive, as well as the main Fela Drive, that runs from Helen Drive to Harbour Blvd. Residents of Helen Drive who will need to leave the community on Tuesday, will need to park their cars elsewhere in the community or outside of the community by 7 AM Tuesday, July 12, 2022. Residents will have access to their driveways at the end of the day, however, street parking will not be permitted or parking in the lot on Helen Drive until line striping is completed.
Wednesday, July 13, 2022, line striping in the parking lot located on Helen Drive and any permitted parking areas on the Helen Drive will be completed.
For this project to be completed without delay, all residents must have their cars moved on the days listed above. Any cars that are left in the areas expected to be paved will be moved at the owner’s expense.
