Street and Parking Paving Thursday July 7-Wedneday July 13

The developer is going to start the road and parking lot paving throughout Water Club Towns. This does incorporate areas that are utilized by residents from other parts of the community. On Thursday, July 7, 2022, all parking lots will be paved, including the one at the front of Nathan and Helen Drive.

All cars will need to be removed from the lot before 7 AM on Thursday, July 7, 2022. Any cars not removed will be towed/moved at the owners expense. Line striping in the parking lots will be done Friday and Monday, no parking in the lots until the line striping is completed.

Tuesday, July 12, 2022, The main Fela Drive, that runs from Helen Drive to Harbour Blvd. will be paved. Townhome owners that are located in this strip of road will need park elsewhere in the community by 7 AM. You will be unable to get out if your vehicle is not moved. The developer has confirmed that they you will have access to your driveway by that evening, however street parking will not be permitted, line striping of permitted street parking areas should be done on Wednesday, July 13, 2022.

These dates are all weather permitting, any changes will be communicated.
